How to create a peaceful yet one of impact to the community was one of the key requirements for this project. The gable end building form are both influenced by the undulating hills but also we wanted to explore this in Accra which is uncommon. Relatively small in nature these 2 bed villas are flexible in program and can be converted into 3 bed room villas. For us we were keen to create an architecture that is monolithic in appearance that also feels part of its surrounding hence the use of the sustainable earth red clay render.
