TOWNHOUSE 1, ACCRA GH

 These new villas were conceived through series of rigorous studies where we arrived at a series of staggering forms that informed the facade creating a contemporary new residential typology. Using a series of concrete fins to articulate the facade these will be combined with a series of bronze insets on the north and south facades.  The villas measure 10m x 12m footprint with a lower-ground living area that plays on the landscape,
